Snacks for energy, made at home!
Peanut Butter Energy Bites
1 2/3 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
1 cup of All Natural Peanut Butter
1/3 cup of Honey
2 Tablespoons Ground Flax seed
1 Tablespoon of Hemp Seeds
¼ cup of Chia seeds
¼ cup of mini Chocolate chips or Cacao nibs (optional)
Mix all the above ingredients in a bowl.
Roll into small balls and place on wax paper on a baking sheet
Place in refrigerator
Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes
Will last in a container in the fridge for 1 week
